I've been working my way up the levels over the years, from a Ricoh film camera to various point and shoot models. In 2007, I acquired my first DSLR, the Nikon D80. It's the best camera I've ever had and it has been a wonderful teacher! Thank you Nikon! I'm also making my way through Capture NX2 and enjoying the amazement of what it can do.
In the joy and passion of shooting what I love: nature, I happened to take a photo that someone else liked enough to publish! My first photo to ever be published is on the cover of the March 2010 issue of Cowboys & Indians magazine! In 2011, I acquired the D7000 just in time for a trip to Canada. I'm just getting to know the camera, but so far it is amazing.
